Commissioning

O commissioning is a process that aims to ensure that installed systems and components are tested and validated according to operational needs and requirements. It applies techniques and procedures that aim to:

• Ensure the quality and proper functioning of air conditioning systems;
• Ensure that the facilities will meet the premises described in the project;
• Verify that the best energy efficiency conditions are being employed to meet user requirements;
• Identify and inform the end user of all possibilities for improvement and energy gains in system operation.

Duct failures such as infiltrations or leaks compromise the proper functioning of ventilation systems and have the potential to directly impact the quality of the air entering the environment, in addition to increasing energy consumption.

O Airflow balancing It is done in air conditioners, ducts and terminals in order to adjust the air-conditioned air distribution system as specified in the project.

O Hydraulic balancing  is the adjustment of chilled water and/or condensate water to the design flow rate. It is performed by adjusting the balancing valves with specific equipment.

O DW143 Leak Test Its purpose is to verify that the ducts meet the standards required by regulations. It is recommended periodically to prevent problems from occurring.

Thermography consists of the technique of measuring temperature from a thermographic image generated by cutting-edge technology equipment. With Thermography in Electrical Panels, Motors and Compressors Prevents equipment failure due to overheating. Its purpose is to eliminate risks, prevent accidents, and operate safely. It is one of the most advanced maintenance and repair techniques when performed by an experienced professional.
